Gacia’s “Dark Factory” Demonstration Line Selected by MIIT as a Typical Case of International Cooperation

   所谓“黑灯工厂”，是一种依靠智能机器人、自动化设备和数字化系统实现全流程无人化生产的智能制造模式。在数字化浪潮之下，加西亚电子电器以一条“黑灯工厂”示范生产线，悄然打开中俄、中巴产业合作新通道。

The so-called “dark factory” refers to an intelligent manufacturing model that achieves fully unmanned production through smart robots, automated equipment, and digital systems. Amid the wave of digital transformation, Gacia Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. has actively opened new channels for China–Russia and China–Brazil industrial cooperation through its “dark factory” demonstration production line. 

   近日，工业和信息化部国际经济技术合作中心发布了“先进制造业集群国际合作典型案例入选企业名单。加西亚电子电器股份有限公司“中俄、中巴小型断路器‘黑灯工厂’示范生产线建设工程”成功入选。

Recently, the International Economic and Technical Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released the list of enterprises selected for “Typical International Cooperation Cases of Advanced Manufacturing Clusters.” 

Gacia Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd.’s project — “China–Russia and China–Brazil Miniature Circuit Breaker ‘Dark Factory’ Demonstration Production Line Construction Project” — was successfully selected. 

   据悉，9月23日，公司数智化中心首席技术官刁晓纯博士，参加了案例成果发布仪式，并受邀出席2025“先进制造业集群国际合作论坛，在圆桌对话环节，就“深化区域协作机制，共筑集群开放新生态”进行了深入探讨，分享了加西亚通过数字化工厂技术推动产业国际化的实践与思考。

On September 23, Dr. Xiaochun Diao, Chief Technology Officer of Gacia, attended the case release ceremony and was invited to participate in the 2025 Advanced Manufacturing Cluster International Cooperation Forum. During the roundtable session titled “Deepening Regional Cooperation Mechanisms to Build a New Open Cluster Ecosystem,” Dr. Diao shared insights and practices on how Gacia promotes industrial internationalization through digital factory technologies.

01 智能工厂：示范线的核心基石

   公司建设的“断路器智能化工厂”项目，面向断路器行业多品种、小批量、定制化、高质量、快速响应市场的需求，构建了以数字化设计、数字化排产、自动装配及检测、自动包装、智能物料及成品输送信息化管理链条。

The “Intelligent Circuit Breaker Factory” project targets the industry’s demand for multi-variety, small-batch, customized, high-quality, and fast-response production. It builds a comprehensive digital management chain covering digital design, digital scheduling, automated assembly and inspection, automatic packaging, intelligent material handling, and finished goods logistics information management.

   通过构建数字化管理平台，打通了销售、研发、计划、采购、生产、指令、仓储、物流等核心业务的数据采集、共享和分析决策。

Through the establishment of a digital management platform, Gacia has interconnected data collection, sharing, and decision-making across core business processes — including sales, R&D, planning, procurement, production, command, warehousing, and logistics.

02 黑灯工厂：自动化生产的卓越成效

   在智能工厂框架下，加西亚对断路器的关键生产工艺进行了自动化改造。通过使用高速自动冲压机床、焊接机器人、数控注塑机、自动合模机器人、自动检测线、自动组装线等自动化设备，实现了冲压、焊接、注塑、装配、校验、铆合、移印、包装等关键工序的自动化生产，极大地提高了生产效率，降低了用工成本。

Under the intelligent factory framework, Gacia has automated key production processes for circuit breakers. By deploying high-speed automatic stamping machines, welding robots, CNC injection molding machines, automatic mold-closing robots, automatic inspection lines, automatic assembly lines, and other automation equipment, the company has achieved automated production in critical steps such as stamping, welding, injection molding, assembly, calibration, riveting, pad printing, and packaging.

These advancements have significantly enhanced production efficiency and reduced labor costs.

   与此同时，公司加大了对数字化的投入，自主研发和精益管理的方式，促进“两化融合”。依托公司自研的GiaSCADA™ 工业互联网平台，开发了MCB产线智能监控系统，通过采用OPC UA协议等技术，实现与多家世界500强企业以及国际多家地区知名企业的工业互联网平台无缝对接，目前已完成4条产线的投产，每月新增产能200万极，支撑企业承接高端客户的OEM订单。

Meanwhile, the company has increased its investment in digitalization, advancing the integration of informatization and industrialization through independent R&D and lean management.

Relying on its self-developed GiaSCADA™ Industrial Internet Platform, Gacia built an intelligent monitoring system for the MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) production line. Using technologies such as the OPC UA protocol, it has achieved seamless interconnection with the industrial internet platforms of several Fortune 500 and internationally renowned enterprises.

Currently, four production lines have been commissioned, adding 2 million poles of new capacity per month, supporting the company’s ability to undertake OEM orders from high-end global clients.
